No pieces can be returned or exchanged once production has begun or after receipt.
All pieces are custom-made for each client based on the approved size and are not produced as ready-to-wear stock.
This approach aligns with our commitment to Responsible Luxury, supporting sustainability practices, and minimizing waste, while maintaining the design's authenticity and artistic value.

2. Execution and Shipping Duration Due to the nature of AYLA designs, which require high craftsmanship and precise execution:

The execution and shipping duration ranges from 14 to 21 working days.
This period begins from the date of order and size confirmation.
The duration varies depending on the complexity of the design and the level of embroidery.
Please check the specific execution time listed under each product before placing an order.
Delivery is available to all regions of the Kingdom and GCC countries.

4. Order Policy (Made to Order)

All AYLA designs are executed "Made to Order" and customized for each client according to the chosen size.
Production of the order does not begin until payment is completed in full.
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, and the amount cannot be refunded.

5. Sizing Policy

It is the client's responsibility to enter measurements with absolute accuracy when ordering.
AYLA is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect size entry.
Each piece is executed based strictly on the data provided by the client.

6. Post-Receipt Alteration Policy Certain adjustments can be made after receiving the piece, subject to feasibility. This is done after contacting us for inquiry. In such cases:

The cost of the alteration is borne by the client.
Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the client.
AYLA is not obligated to accept all alteration requests if they conflict with the design structure.

7. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order execution time ranges between 14 to 21 working days, depending on the nature of the design.
Shipping duration varies depending on the shipping company and the destination country.
All shipping fees are borne by the client unless there is a specific offer from the brand covering shipping costs (Free Delivery).
AYLA is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company once the order has been handed over to them.

8. Payment Policy

All payments are made electronically.
No order will be executed without full payment completion.
No amounts can be refunded once execution has begun.
All prices are clearly displayed within the store.
